Shipping and Handling Shipping and handling charges are
based on the total merchandise weight of each order shipped to a single address.
If an order ships to multiple addresses, shipping charges will be applied for
each address, based on the merchandise weight shipped to each address. If an
order is shipped in multiple packages, there are no additional shipping
charges.
We ship all in-stock merchandise as soon as possible. Orders placed during
the weekend are processed on Monday, except during public holidays. For standard
delivery please allow 5 to 7 business days for delivery. For items which are
temporarily out-of-stock, please allow an additional 2 to 3 weeks for delivery.
Shipping method is Royal Mail or ParcelForce.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express via WorldPay.
VAT on EU Exports
If you are an EU Business and wish us to zero-rate the VAT on your order,
then you must email us your company VAT number and order content first. We will remove the VAT as part of our order processing.
Return Policy You have the right to return any items within 7 days as long as the item(s) returned is(are) in the original,
unused condition. Refunds will be given in the same tender as original
purchase minus an admin fee.
Please be aware that postage on returns is your responsibility. We do not
reimburse for shipping and handling on returns.
